JSC "Nikora" is one of the Georgian foodstuffs companies, which has adopted for many years the international standards of ISO 9001: 2015, ISO 22000 : 2018 and НАССР system, strictly complies with them – in terms of the Company's credibility, high-quality production, as well as the effective management systems. In addition, JSC "Nikora" is always the first to adopt the up-to-date technologies that determines the high quality of the finished products.
The companies under "Nikora" Holding use in the production process both local and imported primary products. In both cases, the Company cooperates only with those suppliers whose product is certified in laboratories and who hold international standards compliance certificates. The partners of JSC "Nikora" and its subsidiaries include the leading global factories having the access to the most developed countries. The mentioned enterprises supply the U.S. and European market.
International carriers, such as MAERSK LINE, MSC and others, provide the transportation of primary products that ensures the transportation of the products under the standards. Veterinary Service of Georgia checks imported primary products, as a result of which, it issues the import permit.
Following this, the companies take a sample from the products and finished products. The samples are tested both in laboratories of JSC "Nikora" and in external laboratories. All the stages of the production process are checked under the international standards that ensures the production of high quality.
"Nikora’s" and "Mzareuli’s" products:
Due to the lack of large farms, "Nikora" imports the primary products necessary for the meat production from the following countries: Italy, Germany, France, Spain, Netherlands, Hungary, Austria, Denmark, Brazil, Canada, and USA.
The semis of "Mzareuli" are made both of the local and of imported primary products.
"Okeane":
To provide the fish production, the best primary products are imported from the following countries: Norway, USA, Spain and Argentina. In addition, "Nikora" disposes of the farm in Ozurgeti district (the village of Vakijvari) that provides "Okeane" line with trout and caviar.
"Pane":
Among the "Pane" partners are well-known and respected companies from Austria, Belgium, Netherlands, Turkey and Russia.
"Chveni Fermeri" and "Paloma":
"Nikora" uses Irish, Danish, Dutch, Austrian, Swedish and Brazilian primary products for the dairy products and the ice cream. The high quality of the primary products determines the taste of the finished product.
